[time-nuts] eLORAN 99600 on the air

Sorry system error I was on the 80 meter vertical. That is -110. The active
preamp feeding the LORAN receivers is its good old -72 dbv.
Let it settle in and I can confirm my GPSDO. Chuckle. Its working fine.
