Not sure if you're looking for analog or digital, but I found an 
ancient digital La Crosse (WS-6002U) with "GMT" and 24 hour format 
options at a junk shop. But the LCD doesn't have enough segments to 
show the leading "2", so it's useless. Not recommended.
