We agree with Bob,s explanation of the DAC, we found no reference and an external D F/F determines the Voltage. Change of the + 5 Volt changes the EFC, rapidly corrected by the 1 pps GPS signal.  Also it is clear that the OCXO has an internal 8 V regulator most Vectron OCXO's seem to have one based on my tests. I have run a Tbolt on 3 Li Ion Batteries from 9 to 13.2 V no change in performance.                                                             Tested and opened an other Trimble OCXO available on ebay. What makes it interesting is what is inside. Turns out to be Dual Oven, the main board has two power transistors for board heating also included is an 8 V 7808 that also feeds the OCXO.  That why it says do not ship. they normally run on 12 V     OCXO is also heated. See attached                                                                                                                                                                       I wish some one would open a Tbolt OCXO, ours are all working and our pulls are used as D/M Offset since they tune with 10 V EFC to + 20 Hz perfect by dividing by 2  at 5 MHz +10 Hz offset.   0.1 sec.                                                                             Bert Kehren
