Hi all,
for what is worth, around 15 years ago I had made a couple of NTP
servers using the serial (RS-422) output of the TS 3000 we had for T1
timing in the datacenter. I brought the serial stream to a couple of
Linux servers and found a format that NTP could decode as the TS-3000
can output a few different formats. By default the serial output is
disabled.
I seem to remember there also was a PPS differential output on the
same serial connector and that needed to be enabled from the
configuration. However this Time Server can't alone work as an NTP
server.
