[time-nuts] AN/URQ-13 question How long

Hal thats the danger of asking a pretty open question. Reference is TBolt
or Cesium using a HP 5370 and also a scope.
How stable? No published specs for this unit. But the older AN/URQ-10 was 5
E -10 and I have set the unit to 5.7 E -11. But it is still moving around
and just starting to document that. Really do not have a trend line yet.
