Hi

Either the 10811 is on frequency or it needs to be swapped out. If it’s a 10811, they
are available on eBay for $50 if you shop. You might have to buy two or three at that
price to get a really good one. That’s no different from paying $200 for them …..

If the oven has died, it will be apparent from the (lack of) current drain when you turn
on the OCXO.
