     The 2100, normally, supplies +5V bias. It can be modified to do 
+12V, though it's tricky.

     +5 is a safe bet for most antennas. If the Lucent unit was made in 
the 90's-early 00's, you should be fine (I don't have any data on that 
specific number, though).
