Hi Merv,

I don't know about this GPSDO design, but the HP 10811 OCXO has a coarse
frequency adjustment capacitor on top of it.
You should be able to adjust this, so the EFC tuning voltage are again
inside the range of the potentiometer/DAC of the GPSDO.
