[time-nuts] Lady Heather Question

Hi all;
 
I'm running LH on laptop with Win XP, a T-Bolt with Trimble Bullet II-HE, 25' 
RG-6.  LH continually says after 24+ hours "no usable sats" yet T-Bolt Monitor 
program shows everything operating properly. AMU on LH <1.4 one only one PRN no 
others have any reading.  On T-bolt Monitor AMUs between ~5 to 14.3. LH boots 
up and seems to find the T-BOLT.  What am I doing wrong?
