[time-nuts] HP z3816a DC power supply DIP switches

Hi all,

I'm new to GPSDOs, and I acquired an HP z3816a with the DC internal power
supply.  On the back, someone wrote 48V over the original 20-72 volt
marking, but internally the 24A DIP switches are enabled.  Do the DIP
switches matter, or is the power supply autoranging?  I'm just wondering if
I need to change how they're set before I attempt to apply power, as I
didn't get a power adapter with it.  Also, does anyone have the manual?
