[time-nuts] Trimble Palisade problems

This is a very long shot but has anyone any ideas why a Trimble Palisade 
might have stopped acquiring satellites?

The failure occurred several years ago (IIRC) but I would like to have 
one more go at getting it working again.

My unit seems to respond to TSIP commands on port B and gives a list of 
the 8 satellites its looking for (which changes from time to time) but 
the signal indication is always zero for them all.

It's been powered up for a day or so, before you ask!

It seems to have no ephemeris but I expect that that's just a side 
effect of having not worked for a long time.

I have been wondering if a component failure (eg capacitor) might be the 
cause but just today it wondered if the 2019 GPS week rollover could be 
to blame?

It's running firmware version 7.10 by the way.
