I have had the Palisade working with NTP for some time before the 
problem arose.

I've been able to monitor the S/N values which were good then; however, 
no satellites are now seen, the S/N values are all zero, so something 
inside the unit has failed (I think).

I hear that a dry joint is a common failure with Palisades.
