The processor in the TSC-5120A is an embedded PC running a *nix OS -- 
IIRC, one of the BSD variants.  I've used the standard "dd" tool on a 
Linux machine to image the TSC-5120A CF to a file, and then dd that back 
to another CF.  It seemed to work fine.
