Jack,

I was able to find multiple copies of ‘The Measurement of Time: Time, Frequency and the Atomic Clock’ by Audoin & Guinot using bookfinder.com and search terms, author "audoin" and subject "time". Unfortunately the prices range between about $300 and $800.
