[time-nuts] Regarding eLoran test

Just a note, using a Austron 2100F and a typical Loran antenna coupler the 
signals mentioned from the west coast are received and consistently (during 
dark hours) tracked by the 2100F. I am located in northern Indiana and likely 
receiving the signals via sky-wave, on several occasions tracking has continued 
through the daylight hours. I would suspect the atmospherics and local noise 
were at a minimum on those days. The 'phase corrected' 1 MHZ out from the 2100F 
was compared against the 10 MHZ from a Trimble Thunderbolt would appear to be 
stable enough to use as a reference for checking a local standard.
