Noticed how the proposed law specifies "kl. 02.00" without seconds ?

Legal time in Denmark is only resolved in minutes, so UT1 and UTC
have always been /legally/ identical.

I'll give you a call when I'm in the area anyway (Your lab is a bit out of
the way from the traditional time-keeping center of Denmark :-)
