 You can find the complete user manual with a quick Google search.  Here's the power requirements from the manual:
Power Requirements
DC Power:
+27 Vdc nominal (19 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc to 30 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc operating range). Greater than 23 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc starting.
-54 Vdc nominal (-60 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc to -37 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc operating range). Less than -46 Vdc ± 0.5 Vdc starting.
Input Power: < 25 Watts (nominal)
