[volt-nuts] Heat transfer simulation software

Any idea if there is a freeware Heat transfer simulation software
available? I am not sure if that is the correct name but I mean
something that allows you to create an object from simple blocks and
define parameters like thermal conductivity for them. Then place a
heat source and see the temperature distribution graphically or by
placing temperature probes.
