Unfortunately, there is no dividers for the full frequency range,
except the resistive ones, with very small isolation.

Even so, only the dividers with 2 outputs have a range approaching the
synthesizer.
  If every else fails, I will use two sets of splitters to cover the
whole range.



Do you need gain?  I think that I would stick with minicircuits
splitters and avoid a lot of hassle.
