[time-nuts] OT: Levelled sine wave generator

If I could find a suitable sig-gen with the amplitude range, frequency range
and the external levelling capability I'd probably go there (subject to
cost).  I've looked at the 8657A and B before, but as I didn't see anything
in the specification sheet about being able to use an external passthrough
head, so I passed on it. 

I suspect I might be able to build what I need for only a couple hundred
pounds using care in sourcing parts.
