[time-nuts] Where to find surplus telecom standards

Good idea! I've used eBay on and off since 1999, and never even knew 
I was able to search closed auctions! Ya learn something new every 
day! Thank you for the idea.

I did indeed find some closed Z3801 and related auctions. My, the 
price has gone up on them.
