[time-nuts] GPS signal coherance question

This is somewhat of a hypothetical question: If two identical GPS 
systems, assume Jupiters, and assume to be operating correctly, are 
configured with identical antenna systems in as close proximity as 
possible, will the time output signals be 'coherant'. I realize they 
will not be in sync. However within the digital signal generation ns 
jitter parameters will they be coherent? Thanks - Dan
