Isn't that the classic New vs Used discussion, though?  Those 5370s 
won't be available for $200 all the time

The used equipment dealers charge more like $750-2k for that, depending 
if it's an A or a B, or if it's calibrated, etc.  The lowest price on 
eBay is around $700
