[time-nuts] OT Question - Surplus Places

That sounds like a Hoss Traders, which is still held but now called
NEARfest. It has been at several NH locations, including:

Deerfield
Salem
Rochester
Hopkington
and back at Deerfield

It's more radio than test gear or 'puter oriented.
