Watch Out, I got hold of one..

I have powered it up and its drawing 52W @ 24v.

My question is, What is the input voltage range on the Z3815A?

Also, one for those familiar with the Z3815A,
"Holdover Uncertainty Predict:" is showing 2 dashes ( -- )
>From my experience with the Z380x clocks this usually is displayed right after its locked to GPS.
Is there a problem with this unit, or the Z3815A won't ever display this, or just give it some more time?
