[time-nuts] Lord Vetinari wall clock

Hi

We’ve gone around on this one a few times. The group seem to divide into two groups. One group suggests that anything other than perfect accuracy is not a TimeNut subject. The other group seems to come up with “that’s neat … do it this way”. Part of it seems to depend a bit on having read (and very much liked) Terry Pratchett’s writings.
