[time-nuts] Spectracom 9189 no longer syncing after power cycle and WRNO? Anyone else have same issue?

Thanks Paul - that fixed it:  I moved the antenna to a really clear area 
and left it on for a few hours.  It then came back to life.

Much appreciated.
