The E5505 (that can do residual phase noise) can run into 6 figures
depending on how equipped.  That's the product that is in
danger from the FSWP.

The E5052B is a great (although not cheap) instrument if you
only need to measure SOURCES, and not especially low noise
ones at that. It doesn't do residual.

The FSWP is in a different league since it can do residual.
