The SD keyboard command in the latest versions of Lady Heather will give you the distance and bearing from your antenna to a specified location along with an estimate of the prop delay and number of ionospheric hops.   You can specify the location either as lat/lon or the station name... the command prompt shows a list of supported VLF time stations.
