Don't worry, the sticker says : 24V 6A or 48V 3A.
It means it's a switched mode power supply.

I would have expected a sticker somewhere, but nothing found.
I'll hit it with 28vdc and see if any "Magic Smoke" issues forth.

There is a large collection of DC-DC converters available.  A 2:1 range on
the input voltage is common, but they usually are centered on 24V or 48V
rather than spanning 24-48V.

I'd expect a sticker next to the power input connector telling you which
voltage it expects.
