[time-nuts] HP 8662A/63A EFC input

Hi, Christophe --

All of the 8663As had EFC inputs as far as I'm aware, but not all of the
8662As did.  Same for the 640 MHz output.

So if you're setting up an 8662A you'd need to check the option code.
Either that, or be prepared to modify it.
