Maybe try running Lady Heather on a Raspberry PI?   My PI config is a PI with their "official" 800x480 touchscreen all mounted in a SmartiPI case/stand.  Heather can collect data from the FA2 and echo it to a file all while displaying the data and calculating and plotting ADEV/HDEV/MDEV/TDEV and MTIE,
