[time-nuts] AN/URQ13 oscillator update (Not growing crystals please)

Well its been fun but the AN/URQ 13 is not looking great. The turnover temp
seems to be 46C and repeatable. In general the unit is running high in
frequency. I have run it up to 72C to see if there was perhaps a
different operational point. There isn't.
Hard to say whats up but doesn't look like its going to be a fantastic
Sulzer replacement anytime soon. Humor intended.
Will do a bit more experimentation but suspect it will go back on the
shelf waiting for the next pandemic.
Have learned a lot about this odd unit. Been interesting and thanks for the
thoughts and suggestions.
