[time-nuts] EFTF and IFCS and UFFC

I attended the UFFC in the US a few times:  San Francisco, Hawaii, 
Pasadena. It was not just Frequency Control even though that is my real 
interest.  I do not recall it being overly expensive other than the 
travel and hotel. I have done the phase noise workshop in Colorado.

At the EFTF in Holland, I really look forward to meeting Attila, Magnus, 
Anders, Ole, and others who are on this list. I also know Enrico for 
many years. I was a microwave circuit and system design engineer for 
most of my life and I have an IEEE friend who is the head of the 
millimeter wave lab at ESA so I look forward to this visit.
