[time-nuts] Teensy 4.1

I just got a Teensy 4.0, OSHPark edition (it was $18 when I bought a set of
boards a couple of weeks ago).
I have not done anything with it yet but I am looking forward to.
I have not looked at the differences with the 4.1.
